Eligibility and accounts

ToyBro is intended for adult collectors and is not directed to children under 13. You are responsible for activity through your account and for keeping your device secure. Moderator access is a privilege and may be limited or removed.

Identification and pricing

Toy identifications, candidate rankings, catalog facts, checklists, and valuations are research aids and estimates. They may be incomplete or wrong and are not professional appraisals, guarantees of authenticity, or offers to buy or sell. Users should confirm important decisions independently.

Photos and ordinary identification

You may submit only material you are legally allowed to use. Photos selected for ordinary identification are processed to provide results, security, diagnostics, and optional feedback. Ordinary identification alone does not make a photo a permanent community-catalog contribution.

Optional contributions

Catalog contribution is optional, off by default, and requires a separate affirmative confirmation. You retain ownership of material you contribute. For material you deliberately submit and that ToyBro accepts, you grant Snailspace Studios and ToyBro a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, nonexclusive, transferable and sublicensable license to host, reproduce, adapt, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, distribute, analyze, and use that material to operate, secure, improve, evaluate, market, and promote ToyBro and its catalog.

You represent that you own the submitted material or have all permissions needed to grant this license. You may request removal or attribution review. ToyBro will consider valid requests in good faith, but completed distributions, de-identified model or feature data, protected backups, and records retained for legal, security, or dispute purposes may not be fully retractable.

Profiles and communication

Profiles are private by default. If you make a profile public, its handle, display name, biography, favorites, badges, showcase photos, and enabled vendor links may be visible to other signed-in users. You control whether other users may send friend requests and whether accepted friends may message you.

Do not use profiles or messages to harass, threaten, defraud, spam, impersonate, expose private information, or arrange unlawful transactions. ToyBro may preserve and review communications when reasonably necessary for safety, support, legal compliance, or abuse investigation, and may limit communication access. Transactions and off-platform contacts remain between the participants; ToyBro is not a party to them.

Acceptable use

Do not upload unlawful, harmful, deceptive, privacy-invasive, or infringing material; impersonate others; manipulate moderation; scrape or overload the service; bypass limits; reverse engineer protected systems; or use ToyBro to violate another service’s terms or applicable law.

Third-party services and links

ToyBro may use or link to third-party search, marketplace, authentication, cloud, and research services. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. External listings can change or disappear. ToyBro may receive affiliate compensation from eligible marketplace links without changing the price you pay.

Service changes, suspension, and disclaimers

ToyBro is under active development. Features may change, pause, or stop. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement.

Limitation and responsibility

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Snailspace Studios will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, mistaken purchases, or reliance on an identification or valuation. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that applicable law does not allow us to limit.

Requests, changes, and contact

Privacy, account-deletion, copyright, attribution, and contribution-removal requests may be sent to snailspacestudios@gmail.com. We may update these Terms as ToyBro changes. Material updates will be presented in the app or posted here with a new effective date.
